Ahigher incidence is seen in patients that are immunocompromised, such as transplant recipients and patients withincreased exposure to viruses such as Epstein- Barr virus, human immunodeficency (HIV), or hepatitis viruses. The majority are large B-cell lymphomas. The differentialdiagnosis for primary hepatic lymphoma is quite broad, including other primary and secondary hepatic malignancies,as well as infectious and inflammatory processes. In this study, a case of man with solitary primary hepaticlymphoma is presented magnetic resonance imagingfindings.Key words: Lymphoma, magnetic resonance imaging, primary hepatic lymphoma %K Key words: Lymphoma %K magnetic resonance imaging %K primary hepatic lymphoma %U http://www.diclemedj.org/upload/sayi/26/Dicle%20Med%20J-01167.pdf
