The Garbage Project

This article describes a project on garbage undertaken by 5-year-old children in a bilingual school in Mexico City. This project shows how the children explored the problem of garbage generated in their school and in Mexico City, the impact garbage has on our environment, and garbage processing in Mexico City. The article documents the children's exploration of the topic, including their visits to a landfill and recycling plant.
