En este artículo de reflexión acerca de la viticultura en Boyacá, se analiza desde el proyecto Ain Karim y su producto vino Marqués de Villa de Leyva, ubicado en el Valle de Zaquencipá; un sistema estructurado de sentidos que este tipo de agricultura logra aglutinar en el lugar donde se instala.
