%X In this article reflecting on viticulture in Boyac¨¢, is analyzed from the project and its product Ain Karim wine Marqu¨¦s de Villa de Leyva, located in the Valley of Zaquencip¨¢, a structured system of meanings that this type of agriculture does unite in place where it is installed. Historically, viticultural practices have managed to involve substantial elements of cultural dynamics: belief systems, identity, health and disease, and ways to socialize economy ingesting fermented beverages. The wine "Marquis of Villa de Leyva" emerges in a context of climate, soil and subsoil, with potential for development characteristics, which however must be certified with specialized studies of tropical modern winemaking. In this Zaquencip¨¢ Valley, as it was called ancestrally, the religious geosmb¨®lica was irradiated by Iguaquemountains, sacred space Muiscas. The conquest and colonization transformed it by the Christian geosimb¨®lica, economic (production of wheat) and military. Currently the town of Villa de Leyva and his environment is attractive to tourists, middle-class residents and significant capital, in this context arises the Vineyard founded in the early eighties by Mr. Pablo Toro, originally imported strains Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. This replicates the culture of the vine and wine, which is also supported by a constant of aesthetics, hygiene and ethno-specific technical. its process leaves substantial perceive elements of cultural globalization, internationalization and localities need to analyze the ethno-regional production techniques. En este art¨ªculo de reflexi¨®n acerca de la viticultura en Boyac¨¢, se analiza desde el proyecto Ain Karim y su producto vino Marqu¨¦s de Villa de Leyva, ubicado en el Valle de Zaquencip¨¢; un sistema estructurado de sentidos que este tipo de agricultura logra aglutinar en el lugar donde se instala. Hist¨®ricamente, las pr¨¢cticas vitivin¨ªcolas han logrado involucrar elementos sustanciales de la din¨¢mica cultural: sistemas de creencias, identidad, salud y enfermedad, econom¨ªa y formas de socializar ingiriendo bebidas fermentadas. El vino ¡°Marqu¨¦s de Villa de Leyva¡±, emerge en un contexto de clima, suelo y subsuelo, con caracter¨ªsticas potenciales para su desarrollo, que sin embargo deben ser certificadas con estudios especializados de vitivinicultura moderna tropical. En este Valle de Zaquencip¨¢, como se le denominaba ancestralmente, la geosmb¨®lica religiosa era irradiada por las monta as de Iguaque, espacio sagrado de los Muiscas.
