Un sistema Jurídico más sofisticado en el Neoconstitucionalismo

RESUMEN El texto aborda la evolución y algunas de las alteraciones que ha experimentado el sistema jurídico en el neoconstitucionalismo, relacionadas en buena medida con la ductilidad que viene a presentar su legislación, pero también con la complejidad que adquiere la tarea judicial, la aplicación e interpretación de las normas del Derecho, en este modelo diferente de Estado de Derecho que representa el actual Estado Constitucional.
