%X RESUMEN El texto aborda la evoluci車n y algunas de las alteraciones que ha experimentado el sistema jur赤dico en el neoconstitucionalismo, relacionadas en buena medida con la ductilidad que viene a presentar su legislaci車n, pero tambi谷n con la complejidad que adquiere la tarea judicial, la aplicaci車n e interpretaci車n de las normas del Derecho, en este modelo diferente de Estado de Derecho que representa el actual Estado Constitucional. ABSTRACT This text analyzes the evolution and alterations in legal system of Constitutional State. These alterations consist in ductility in the legislation.
