The proposed model emphasizes the importance of target- and process-oriented, systematic action and multiprofessional teamwork. Furthermore, a genuine participative approach that encourages the occupants of the building to take part in the problem-solving process is considered essential. Managing the social and human aspects in the critical phases of the process plays a significant role in resolving indoor-air problems.
