The proposed model emphasizes the importance of target- and process-oriented, systematic action and multiprofessional teamwork. Furthermore, a genuine participative approach that encourages the occupants of the building to take part in the problem-solving process is considered essential. Managing the social and human aspects in the critical phases of the process plays a significant role in resolving indoor-air problems. %K sick building %K risk communication %K participative action %K indoor environment %K good practice %K psychosocial perspective %K indoor air %K indoor-air problem %K multiprofessional team %U http://www.sjweh.fi/show_abstract.php?abstract_id=1204
