Social Exchange Relationship, Economic Exchange Relationship, In-role Behavior: The Mediating Effects of Job SatisfactionDOI: 10.5539/ass.v8n8p194 Abstract: The relationship between employees and their organizations has often been described as an exchange relationship. Based on the individual perception and “S-O-R” mode, this paper constructed a model that manifests the relationship between social exchange relationship, economic exchange relationship, and in-role behaviors, and then tested the mediating effects of job satisfaction. From the empirical results, the mediating effect of job satisfaction was very robust.
