%X The relationship between employees and their organizations has often been described as an exchange relationship. Based on the individual perception and ¡°S-O-R¡± mode, this paper constructed a model that manifests the relationship between social exchange relationship, economic exchange relationship, and in-role behaviors, and then tested the mediating effects of job satisfaction. From the empirical results, the mediating effect of job satisfaction was very robust.
