Currently, there is a major concern about thequality of higher education. Most universities areimpelled to organize themselves in relation to students’expectations and the satisfaction of theirneeds. Universities are fighting to counteract thedecline of student populations and compete fiercely toattract new students. Students’ expectations in relationto their programs are analyzed as well as their demandsin terms of the general competences of the university, itsschools and programs.
