%X Currently, there is a major concern about thequality of higher education. Most universities areimpelled to organize themselves in relation to students¡¯expectations and the satisfaction of theirneeds. Universities are fighting to counteract thedecline of student populations and compete fiercely toattract new students. Students¡¯ expectations in relationto their programs are analyzed as well as their demandsin terms of the general competences of the university, itsschools and programs.
