BATCH KINETICS AND MODELING OF ENDOGLUCANASE BY MIXED CULTURE OF TRICHODERMA VIRIDE AND ASPERGILLUS NIGER FROM AGRO WASTE

The production of endoglucanase by mixed culture of Trichoderma Viride and Aspergillus Niger using mixed substrate (Wheat Bran, Rice Bran).The mixed support inoculated with spores incubated under static conditions for 6 days and the enzyme extracts obtained at every 24 hours and analyzed. The experiments performed in batch fermentation using different concentration of substrate with E&P basal nutrition medium. Incubation time (24-144h), carbon source with different concentration, initial pH of fermentation medium optimized with simultaneous mixed cultures. The Maximum endoglucanase activity obtained at 96h when the ratio of 3:2.The kinetic study also made for both growth and product formation.
