%X The production of endoglucanase by mixed culture of Trichoderma Viride and Aspergillus Niger using mixed substrate (Wheat Bran, Rice Bran).The mixed support inoculated with spores incubated under static conditions for 6 days and the enzyme extracts obtained at every 24 hours and analyzed. The experiments performed in batch fermentation using different concentration of substrate with E&P basal nutrition medium. Incubation time (24-144h), carbon source with different concentration, initial pH of fermentation medium optimized with simultaneous mixed cultures. The Maximum endoglucanase activity obtained at 96h when the ratio of 3:2.The kinetic study also made for both growth and product formation.
