ANALISIS DE ALGUNOS FACTORES DE RIESGO DE LESIONES PREMALIGNAS DE CUELLO UTERINO EN UN AREA DE SALUD Analysis of some risk factors of premalign cervix lesions in a health area

Se realizó un estudio caso control de enero a diciembre del 2006, para identificar algunos factores de riesgo del cáncer cervical en el Policlínico Federico Capdevila, Municipio Boyeros. Muestra: 50 mujeres entre 25 y 59 a os, portadoras de lesiones premalignas de cáncer cervical diagnosticadas por citología orgánica y corroboradas en Consulta de Patología de Cuello del Hospital Enrique Cabrera y 50 mujeres con citología orgánica negativa en el mismo grupo etáreo. Variables: edad, edad de inicio de las primeras relaciones sexuales. Se excluyeron las adolescentes, embarazadas y posmenopáusicas. Se realizaron encuestas. La edad que predominó fue entre 25 y 40 a os. La neoplasia cervical intraepitelial fue la más significativa. Se emitieron recomendaciones.
