%X Se realiz¨® un estudio caso control de enero a diciembre del 2006, para identificar algunos factores de riesgo del c¨¢ncer cervical en el Policl¨ªnico Federico Capdevila, Municipio Boyeros. Muestra: 50 mujeres entre 25 y 59 a os, portadoras de lesiones premalignas de c¨¢ncer cervical diagnosticadas por citolog¨ªa org¨¢nica y corroboradas en Consulta de Patolog¨ªa de Cuello del Hospital Enrique Cabrera y 50 mujeres con citolog¨ªa org¨¢nica negativa en el mismo grupo et¨¢reo. Variables: edad, edad de inicio de las primeras relaciones sexuales. Se excluyeron las adolescentes, embarazadas y posmenop¨¢usicas. Se realizaron encuestas. La edad que predomin¨® fue entre 25 y 40 a os. La neoplasia cervical intraepitelial fue la m¨¢s significativa. Se emitieron recomendaciones. A control case study from January to December was carried out of the 2006, to identify some factors of risk of the cervical cancer in the Hospital Federico Capdevila, Municipality Cowherds. It shows: 50 women between 25 and 59 years portadoras of wounds premalignas of cervical cancer diagnosed by organic cytology and corroborated in Neck Pathology Consultation of the "Hospital Enrique Bad-tempered" and 50 women with negative organic cytology in the same group et¨¢reo. Variable: age, age of start of the first sexual relations, the adolescents were excluded, pregnant and postmenopausal. Surveys were carried out. The age that dominated was between 25 and 40 years. The neoplasia cervical intraepitelial I was the most significant one .Recommendations were emitted.
