O objetivo deste trabalho é refletir sobre a implementa o do sistema administrativo da Qualidade Total, a partir do referencial teórico de Michel Foucault, analisando alguns pontos de rela es de poder produzidos nesta nova abordagem administrativa. The objective of this work is to reflect about the implementation of administrative system of Quality Control, from of the theoretical referential of Michel Foucault, analyzing some questions about power relations caused on this new administrative approach.
