El delito de incendio y su investigación policial en Costa Rica

Se describen aspectos generales sobre el procedimiento de investigación en un supuesto incendio provocado en Costa Rica, sus antecedentes, normativa penal y la corrdinación existente entre los funcionarios del Instituo Nacional de Seguros y del Organismo de Investigación Judicial en materia relacionada con este delito. It describes general aspects about the procedure of investigation in a suppose induced fire in Costa Rica, its antecedents, penal normative and the existent coordination between the employees of the National Institute of Insurance (INS) and the Judicial Investigation Bureau (OIJ) in realted matters with this felony.
