It describes general aspects about the procedure of investigation in a suppose induced fire in Costa Rica, its antecedents, penal normative and the existent coordination between the employees of the National Institute of Insurance (INS) and the Judicial Investigation Bureau (OIJ) in realted matters with this felony.
