Anaesthetic Management for Emergency Caesarean Section in an Achondroplastic Dwarf

Achondroplasia is the most common form of dwarfism. Underdevelopment and premature ossification of bones result in characteristic craniofacial and spinal abnormalities resulting in difficulties in both - airway management and in regional anaesthesia. In this case report, we describe the anesthetic management of an achondroplastic dwarf for caesarean section.
