%X Achondroplasia is the most common form of dwarfism. Underdevelopment and premature ossification of bones result in characteristic craniofacial and spinal abnormalities resulting in difficulties in both - airway management and in regional anaesthesia. In this case report, we describe the anesthetic management of an achondroplastic dwarf for caesarean section.
