UMA CRíTICA à TEORIA DOS FATOS INSTITUCIONAIS DE JOHN SEARLE A PARTIR DE CONSIDERA ES PRAGMáTICAS.

Resumo: Procedeu-se a uma crítica à teoria dos fatos institucionais desenvolvida pelo filósofo JOHN SEARLE, alegando que malgrado seus aspectos lógicos, os chamados fatos institucionais devem ser entendidos como unidades funcionais, tendo em vista a relevancia de seus aspectos pragmáticos. Abstract: Critical assumptions are explored with reference to John Searle`s institutional theory, arguing that notwithstanding their logical structure, the institutions should be understood like functional unities, by reason of importance of their pragmatic aspects.
