El presente artículo analiza la incorporación al Derecho Constitucional latinoamericano del décimo Tribunal Constitucional de la región, que es el Tribunal previsto en la Constitución de República Dominicana de 2010, realizando un análisis comparativo de su estatuto jurídico y competencias, como asimismo de las modalidades y efectos de sus sentencias. This article analyzes the incorporation of the tenth Cons-tituional Court of the Region to the Latinamerican Constitutional Law, which is the Court foreseen in the 2010 Constitution of the Dominican Republic. The article performs a comparative analysis of its juridical statute and competences, as well as the modalities and effects of its sentences.
