%X El presente art¨ªculo analiza la incorporaci¨®n al Derecho Constitucional latinoamericano del d¨¦cimo Tribunal Constitucional de la regi¨®n, que es el Tribunal previsto en la Constituci¨®n de Rep¨²blica Dominicana de 2010, realizando un an¨¢lisis comparativo de su estatuto jur¨ªdico y competencias, como asimismo de las modalidades y efectos de sus sentencias. This article analyzes the incorporation of the tenth Cons-tituional Court of the Region to the Latinamerican Constitutional Law, which is the Court foreseen in the 2010 Constitution of the Dominican Republic. The article performs a comparative analysis of its juridical statute and competences, as well as the modalities and effects of its sentences.
