Society and the state together in the consolidation of basic family A sociedade e o Estado juntos na consolida o da base familiar

This paper aims to understand how there is the formation of the rights and duties of children and adolescents, comparing the case law and family perception of the needs of children and young people. Como resultado do presente estudo formularam-se quadros de análise do entendimento populacional do assunto e seu grau de aceita o, bem como possível respeitabilidade.
