From the scientific and educational point of view, the most important event among the centuries X and XII it is the birth of the universities, and with them the educational ones in charge of the disciplines that were dictated, were directed by professionals without a pedagogic formation, at the present time this situation remains, the universities so much national as international, have some members of the teachers staffs that besides not possessing this component, they don't worry about a permanent formation, for that reason it becomes necessary the formation of professionals with characteristic very defined for a good university teaching process.
