THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE VALUES IN THE CUBAN SUPERIOR EDUCATION AND THEIR PROCESS OF SOCIALIZATION / LA FORMACIóN Y DESARROLLO DE LOS VALORES EN LA EDUCACIóN SUPERIOR CUBANA Y SU PROCESO DE SOCIALIZACIóN

The antecedents settle down in the formation and development of the values in the Cuban Superior Education in correspondence with the main transformations that identify it and taking like reference the different stages that from the victory of the Revolution until the present time have characterized it. Also, the values like fundamental feature of the organizational culture are analyzed; as well as, they are related the different approaches about the formation and development of these it stops later on to integrate them and to consider their socialization like process, mainly for their importance in the professional's formation in the current cuban university context.RESUMENSe establecen los antecedentes en la formación y desarrollo de los valores en la Educación Superior Cubana en correspondencia con las principales transformaciones que la identifican y tomando como referencia las diferentes etapas que desde el triunfo de la Revolución hasta la actualidad la han caracterizado. Además, se analizan los valores como rasgo fundamental de la cultura organizacional; así como, se relacionan los diferentes criterios acerca de la formación y desarrollo de éstos para posteriormente integrarlos y considerar su socialización como proceso, sobre todo por su importancia en la formación del profesional en el contexto universitario cubano actual.
