%X The antecedents settle down in the formation and development of the values in the Cuban Superior Education in correspondence with the main transformations that identify it and taking like reference the different stages that from the victory of the Revolution until the present time have characterized it. Also, the values like fundamental feature of the organizational culture are analyzed; as well as, they are related the different approaches about the formation and development of these it stops later on to integrate them and to consider their socialization like process, mainly for their importance in the professional's formation in the current cuban university context.RESUMENSe establecen los antecedentes en la formaci車n y desarrollo de los valores en la Educaci車n Superior Cubana en correspondencia con las principales transformaciones que la identifican y tomando como referencia las diferentes etapas que desde el triunfo de la Revoluci車n hasta la actualidad la han caracterizado. Adem芍s, se analizan los valores como rasgo fundamental de la cultura organizacional; as赤 como, se relacionan los diferentes criterios acerca de la formaci車n y desarrollo de 谷stos para posteriormente integrarlos y considerar su socializaci車n como proceso, sobre todo por su importancia en la formaci車n del profesional en el contexto universitario cubano actual.
