Abstract:

A Pedagogical Model is introduced of permanent formation teachers in educational process productive and service (PDEPS) in institutes where evidenced relations between initial training professional students teacher training and practice profession in professional situations. Permanent formation of teachers is organized in two dimensions the integrative and contextualized taking into consideration the logic explaining the formative nature of the lifelong learning of teachers as the unit of analysis of such training in the teaching process-educational product and service through didactic work methodology synthesized by a training method productive and service for self-education.
