THE PEDAGOGICAL CREATIVITY IN THE TRAINING OF THE TEACHER / LA CREATIVIDAD PEDAGóGICA EN LA FORMACIóN DEL DOCENTE

The present work based the design of a methodological strategy for the development of pedagogical creativity in the initial formation of the primary master. Related theorists on the process of initial formation of the primary teacher in Cuba and the development of pedagogical creativity, as well as the characterization of the current status of the creative formation of the primary master create the necessary foundation for the design of a methodological strategy to foster the development of pedagogical creativity. The development of research defines education of creativity, its operationalization in dimensions and indicators allowing you to substantiate the characteristics and relationships essential methodological strategy for their education. The results of the research are a contribution to the theory of the initial formation of the primary master and the practical significance is expressed in the design of the actions of the methodological strategy, covering the different training contexts.ResumenEl presente trabajo fundamenta el dise o de una estrategia metodológica para el desarrollo de la creatividad pedagógica en la formación inicial del maestro primario. Los referentes teóricos sobre el proceso de formación inicial del maestro primario en Cuba y del desarrollo de la creatividad pedagógica, así como la caracterización del estado actual de la formación creativa del maestro primario crean las bases necesarias del dise o de una estrategia metodológica para favorecer el desarrollo de la creatividad pedagógica. En el desarrollo de la investigación se define la educación de la creatividad, su operacionalización en dimensiones e indicadores que permite fundamentar las características y relaciones esenciales de una estrategia metodológica para su educación. Los resultados de la investigación son una contribución a la teoría de la formación inicial del maestro primario y la significación práctica se expresa en el dise o de las acciones de la estrategia metodológica, que abarca los diferentes contextos de formación.
