Social European systems provide a basis for adapting the Romanian social system as a part of theEuropean pattern. Romania has to conceive its own minimum set of concepts, while other conceptswill be adopted in time, along with Romania’s evolution as part of the European Union. These newconcepts will be called “virtual reference points”, goals created by the Romanian society in time,adapting itself to the global economy system by fulfilling Lisabon Strategy’s objectives. Romaniansocial system is a dynamic system, based on a strategic core of principles, completed by Europeanprinciples. The new state designed by the Romanian Social Democrats is a constructive part of theSocial European System, a state to whom one of the most important tasks is to reduce theinequalities occurred through the implementing process, along with the diminution of startinginequalities
