%X Social European systems provide a basis for adapting the Romanian social system as a part of theEuropean pattern. Romania has to conceive its own minimum set of concepts, while other conceptswill be adopted in time, along with Romania¡¯s evolution as part of the European Union. These newconcepts will be called ¡°virtual reference points¡±, goals created by the Romanian society in time,adapting itself to the global economy system by fulfilling Lisabon Strategy¡¯s objectives. Romaniansocial system is a dynamic system, based on a strategic core of principles, completed by Europeanprinciples. The new state designed by the Romanian Social Democrats is a constructive part of theSocial European System, a state to whom one of the most important tasks is to reduce theinequalities occurred through the implementing process, along with the diminution of startinginequalities
