O presente artigo aborda a importancia da participa o da vitima na resolu o de conflitos e infra es penais, sob o prisma da justi a restaurativa. Trata-se de um novo paradigma, fundamentado na cultura do diálogo e da pacifica o entre ofensor e ofendido. This is a new paradigm, based on a culture of pacification between offender and offended.
