Through the constitutions, it has strengthened through the Commow Law juridical system, which seeks to accomplish the constitutional precepts indeed. Being the Judiciary Power the organ which starts to legislate, in a negative way, through their political functions, the writ of injunction is an instrument still not that used, but it is important, in the meaning that the democratic society is raisin to look for the accomplishment of the constitutional precepts.
