ABSTRACT: The present study examines whether the constitutional changes necessary due to updating of constitutional norms (reconciliation of political reality with the legal reality) can cause the loss of the normative force of the Constitution as to culminate in a process of deconstruction of the Constitution as a symbol of the founding people in a specific state, and investigates whether the constitutional deconstruction is a result of informal processes of change in the Constitution or just another one of its modalities.
