ALGUMAS CONSIDERA ES ACERCA DO INQUéRITO POLICIAL NO PROJETO DE LEI DO SENADO FEDERAL N° 156/2009, QUE TRATA DA REFORMA DO CóDIGO DE PROCESSO PENAL - SOME CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT THE POLICE INVESTIGATION IN THE SENATE BILL N. 156/2009

O presente artigo tem por objetivo tecer algumas considera es sobre propostas que est o presentes no Projeto de Lei do Senado Federal n° 156/2009, que trata da reforma do Código de Processo Penal. Este trabalho é resultado de um projeto de pesquisa que se desenvolve na Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) nos cursos de Direito e Ciências Sociais com financiamento do CNPq com propósito de analisar os principais aspectos da reforma no que tange ao inquérito policial e às medidas cautelares. Neste texto, ser o abordadas quest es relativas ao princípio da ampla defesa e do contraditório no inquérito policial bem como a introdu o da figura do juiz de garantias na persecu o penal. ABSTRACT: This paper aims to present some considerations on proposals that are present in the bill by the Senate n. 156/2009 which deals with the reform of the Criminal Procedure Code. This work is the result of a research project that develops in UFRRJ courses in Law and Social Sciences with funding from CNPq for the purpose of analyzing the main aspects of the reform regarding the police investigation and precautionary measures. This text will address issues relating to the principle of full defense and adversary system in the police investigation and the introduction of the figure of the judge of guarantees in criminal prosecution.
