The analysis of investment attractiveness estimation methods in the context of enterprise innovative development

The article analyses the number of domestic and foreign methods of investment attractiveness estimation within financial, comprehensive, market and value approaches. Due to the necessity of accounting of globalization realities and innovative development prospects of national producers in globalized economy terms, it is offered to perform an assessment of enterprises investment attractiveness taking into account the interests of investment process subjects, such as the enterprise owner, external investors and the state.
