In this article the author analyses the processes of formation of the environmentally-friendly goods market infrastructure in Ukraines industrially developed regions with the definition of the key factors of influence on these processes.The results of the analysis. It is established, that in the conditions of development of the environmentally-friendly goods market infrastructure important role is played by the process of ecologically clean products marketing organization and management.
