The development of high-tech sector of economics in Ukraine

The article reviews the state of high-tech sector of Ukraine and the state program of the development of science, technology and innovation sector. Similar programs of other countries were analyzed and according to them several recommendations how to improve the state of Ukraines high-tech sector were developed.
