La violencia doméstica es percibida por mujeres de mediana edad?

Se realizó un estudio en el consultorio 63-1 ubicado en la zona de Jaimanitas, municipio Playa, Ciudad de La Habana con el objetivo de evaluar la percepción que tienen las mujeres comprendidas en la etapa climatérica acerca de la Violencia Intrafamiliar (VIF). Se seleccionaron la totalidad de las féminas que transitan por esta etapa. En el estudio se utilizaron técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas de la investigación, para las cuales se aplicó el cuestionario elaborado al efecto y el test de depresión. Se constató en esa población la presencia de mujeres ama de casa, con nivel primario, casadas, pertenecientes a familias ampliadas incompletas y que perciben la VIF en su hogar. A study was conducted at the the family physician's office 63-1 located in Jaimanitas, Playa municipality, Havana City, aimed at evaluating how climateric women perceive intrafamily violence (IFV). Most of women going through this stage were selected. Qualitative and quantitative technique of investigation were utilized in the study. A questionnarie made to this end and the depressión test were also used. Married women who were housewives and had a primary educational level were found in that population.
