%X Se realiz車 un estudio en el consultorio 63-1 ubicado en la zona de Jaimanitas, municipio Playa, Ciudad de La Habana con el objetivo de evaluar la percepci車n que tienen las mujeres comprendidas en la etapa climat谷rica acerca de la Violencia Intrafamiliar (VIF). Se seleccionaron la totalidad de las f谷minas que transitan por esta etapa. En el estudio se utilizaron t谷cnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas de la investigaci車n, para las cuales se aplic車 el cuestionario elaborado al efecto y el test de depresi車n. Se constat車 en esa poblaci車n la presencia de mujeres ama de casa, con nivel primario, casadas, pertenecientes a familias ampliadas incompletas y que perciben la VIF en su hogar. A study was conducted at the the family physician's office 63-1 located in Jaimanitas, Playa municipality, Havana City, aimed at evaluating how climateric women perceive intrafamily violence (IFV). Most of women going through this stage were selected. Qualitative and quantitative technique of investigation were utilized in the study. A questionnarie made to this end and the depressi車n test were also used. Married women who were housewives and had a primary educational level were found in that population. They were part of extended incomplete families and perceived intrafamily violence (IFV) at home
