THE INFLUENCE OF Ca-ASCORBATE ON CHANGING THE ILEUM SENSITIVITYKeywords: Ca-ascorbic , vitamin C , asscorbic acid , histamin , ileum , sensibilisation , Schultz-Dale-ova reaction Abstract: In the case of previously mentioned Hartley guinea pigs, male gender, weight from 250 to 300 g, which lived under normal lab’s conditions. The effect of different Ca-ascorbate concentrations was studied. Various Ca-ascorbate concentrations were used starting from 10-6 M to 10-1 M, while the sensitivity of thermal part of ileum was determined by Shultz-Dale’s reaction. The samples of ileum treated by 10-5 M histamin and the received contraction has served as a maximal response (100%). Ileum sample was rinsed by Thyrode’s solution, the media was exchanged by different contractions of Ca-ascorbate, and with the help of Shulzt-Dale’s reaction, determined by the intensity of ileum contraction. The received results show that, with the growth of Ca-ascorbate concentration, from 10-6 M till 10-3 M. There is a mild growth of vitamin C concentration. This is in order to get 50% of response, and it’s the greatest when 10-1 M Ca-ascorbate concentration is applied. These results show that the application of Ca-ascorbate lessons the sensitivity of thermal ileum part.
