Diagnóstico endoscópico de una fístula colecistogástrica

Resumen La fístula colecistogástrica es el resultado de una comunicación anómala entre el árbol biliar y el tracto gastrointestinal. Se presenta el caso de un varón de 57 a os, sin historial médico relevante, que consulta en urgencias por dolor abdominal y fiebre. El estudio endoscópico demostró una fístula gastrobiliar. Se realizó una laparotomía y se confirmó una fístula colecistogástrica. Se efectúo colecistectomía y reparación de la fístula y el paciente evolucionó bien. Abstract Cholecystogastric fistula is an anomalous communication between the biliary tree and the gastrointestinal tract. We report the case of a 57 year old male, without relevant past medical history, who arrived at the emergency room with abdominal pain and fever. An endoscopic study showed a biliogastric fistula. He underwent a laparotomy and a cholecystogastric fistula was confirmed. An cholecystectomy and fistula repair were performed. The patient did very well after the procedure.
