%X Resumen La f赤stula colecistog芍strica es el resultado de una comunicaci車n an車mala entre el 芍rbol biliar y el tracto gastrointestinal. Se presenta el caso de un var車n de 57 a os, sin historial m谷dico relevante, que consulta en urgencias por dolor abdominal y fiebre. El estudio endosc車pico demostr車 una f赤stula gastrobiliar. Se realiz車 una laparotom赤a y se confirm車 una f赤stula colecistog芍strica. Se efect迆o colecistectom赤a y reparaci車n de la f赤stula y el paciente evolucion車 bien. Abstract Cholecystogastric fistula is an anomalous communication between the biliary tree and the gastrointestinal tract. We report the case of a 57 year old male, without relevant past medical history, who arrived at the emergency room with abdominal pain and fever. An endoscopic study showed a biliogastric fistula. He underwent a laparotomy and a cholecystogastric fistula was confirmed. An cholecystectomy and fistula repair were performed. The patient did very well after the procedure.
