Efectividad de la acupuntura en ni os con asma bronquial

Se realizó un estudio descriptivo y transversal de 30 ni os de 7-14 a os de edad, de uno y otro sexos, que padecían asma bronquial grado III e ingresaron en el Hospital Pediátrico "Juan B. Vi as González" de Palma Soriano, provincia de Santiago de Cuba, durante el último cuatrimestre de 1998, con el fin de determinar la efectividad del uso de la técnica acupuntural en ellos. De ahí se derivó que dicha terapéutica mejora completamente el cuadro clínico de los asmáticos a partir de la tercera sesión de tratamiento.
