An identity of the (h,q)-Euler polynomials associated with the p-adic q-integrals on Z_pKeywords: Euler numbers and polynomials , q-Euler numbers and polynomials , (h , q)-Euler numbers and polynomials , alternating sums Abstract: In [6], we studied the (h, q)-Euler numbers and polynomials. Byusing these numbers and polynomials, we investigate the alternatingsums of powers of consecutive integers. By applying the symmetry ofthe fermionic p-adic q-integral on Zp, we give recurrence identities the(h, q)-Euler numbers and polynomials.
