%X In [6], we studied the (h, q)-Euler numbers and polynomials. Byusing these numbers and polynomials, we investigate the alternatingsums of powers of consecutive integers. By applying the symmetry ofthe fermionic p-adic q-integral on Zp, we give recurrence identities the(h, q)-Euler numbers and polynomials.
