Digital im Alltag – Innovation als Prozess / Digital everyday – innovation as process

When searching for a keyword that describes what triggers innovation in everyday library work the term “digital” will inevitably come to mind. The example of the Digital Services Department at the University Library of TU Berlin shows several good reasons for that. By the transition to “digital” the department’s five main areas of work have experienced serious and – as we think – innovative changes.
