%X When searching for a keyword that describes what triggers innovation in everyday library work the term ¡°digital¡± will inevitably come to mind. The example of the Digital Services Department at the University Library of TU Berlin shows several good reasons for that. By the transition to ¡°digital¡± the department¡¯s five main areas of work have experienced serious and ¨C as we think ¨C innovative changes.
