De la traducción de Freud al espalol y otras reflexiones

Se discurre sobre la traducción en psicoanálisis y la diferencia con las traducciones en medicina. Se hace particular referencia a las vicisitudes del término alemán Trieb en la obra de Freud, como así también a la traducción de textos de psicoanálisis o realizados por psicoanalistas. Se aborda a) la cuestión de lo terminable/interminable del análisis y las traducciones; b) el aprovechamiento del espacio interlingüístico, y c) la distancia semántica entre las lenguas como fuente de traducciones y lecturas alternativas creativas. ---------------------------------------------------- Translating Freud into Spanish and other reflections. The author discusses translation in psychoanalysis and the difference betweem psychoanalytical and medical translations, focusing on the plurality of meanings of the German word Trieb in Freud's work, translation of psychoanalytic texts and translations by psychoanalysts. She addresses: a) the question of endings vs. endlessness in both analysis and translation; b) the use of inter-linguistic space; and c) the semantic distance between languages as a source of translations and creative alternative readings.
